Contrast that with the story of Jon Penn, whose school has about 60 computers and no network administrator to keep them connected to the Internet and running well. In his first months on the job, Jon has completed evaluation of several network gateway security appliances, upgraded operating systems and improved the server backup process. Looks like network certification may be in his future, too. Nice work, Jon!
