Dave owns an HP Officejet Pro 8500 and would like to use it for sending and receiving faxes over his cable Internet connection. Various suggestions from our readers haven't panned out so far, unfortunately. Should Dave pay $$$ for HP technical support? Is he really out of luck because he doesn't have DSL?
