Alleged Russian Spies May Have Used Ad Hoc Wi-Fi

According to BBC reports, allegations against ten Russian spies caught this week in the U.S. include that they used ad hoc Wi-Fi networks to secretly transfer data between them. Law enforcement agents allegedly were able to detect the creation of these networks including the MAC addresses of the computers involved. As if we needed another reason to distrust ad hoc networking, here it is.
