Many free log analysis programs for home routers are available for free online. Have you tried any of them? Router log analyzers give you a convenient way to monitor both the inbound and outbound traffic on your network. For example, if a hacker is attempting to break into your router, the analyzer software can help you quickly identify the source and frequency of their attacks.

Popular router analysis programs like Link Logger, Sawmill, and WallWatcher each provide different features and user interface, but all rely on the logging capability built into your router.
