POLL: Do You Refuse to Buy Unofficial 802.11n ("Draft N") Wi-Fi Gear?

Monday November 3, 2008
Today's Wi-Fi equipment based on the 802.11n standard is often called Draft N gear because 802.11n is not yet a formally ratified industry standard. Most likely, Draft N hardware will comply with official 802.11n and at worst you'll only need to upgrade the firmware on your device(s) to keep them compatible with future Wireless N products. But vendors don't seem to be offering much in the way of financial guarantees.

Are you waiting for 802.11n to be ratified before investing in any Wireless N equipment for your networks?
