Wireless Internet Coming to U.S. Autos This Year

According to several sources, U.S. automaker Chrysler is set to offer mobile Internet access in its vehicles later this year. The system, called UConnect Web, will utilize a Wi-Fi router installed inside the vehicle which supports cellular Internet connections. Expect this service to be controversial as some drivers will no doubt be tempted to surf the Web while driving.
