Isn't (Most) P2P Downloading Copyright Infringement?

When all is said and done, people will keep on downloading what they please. This is especially true now that there’s a bunch of private p2p apps such as GigaTribe out there that allow people to exchange huge files (and entire folders) privately within a small group of friends.
