Internet access has never been cheaper as growing use of fiber optics have stressed cable companies to offer lower prices. The best time for consumers is now because they have such a wide variety of services to choose at very affordable prices.

Only if you live in an urban area. Rural areas are still limited to dial-up if you’re more than a half mile off the main road
