What Are Free Proxy Lists?

| Commentary | Internet proxy servers allow you to (mostly) hide your home IP address and navigate anonymously. However, these free public servers often are taken offline without warning, and some may offer a less reputable service than others. If you are interested in using either HTTP or SOCKS proxies, you should maintain a free proxy server list to ensure one is accessible from your home network at all times.
