Printer Sharing on Wireless Home Network

Monday September 29, 2003

“I am trying to set up a small home network and can't get my printer to work with my second PC… . I have a cable modem attached to a Netgear wireless router. My desktop is hardwired to the router, and I am using the built-in wireless adapter to connect my notebook. Both connect to the Internet perfectly, but I'm at a loss how to share my Lexmark X83 printer (USB connected to desktop) with the notebook.”
